DePuy Synthes – Middleware WebMethods Job Descriptions Middleware WebMethods – L2 Project: DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson) Location: Chennai / Noida (Offshore) Experience: 4–7 Years Shift: 24×7 Rotational Support Role Summary The WebMethods L2 Engineer provides production support for DePuy middleware integration platforms, ensuring reliable and compliant integrations across enterprise systems in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 production support for Software AG webMethods Integration Server. Troubleshoot SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, and AS2 integration issues. Perform log analysis, issue diagnosis, and incident resolution. Support deployments using webMethods Deployer. Handle configuration changes, minor fixes, and patch support. Monitor platform health and respond to alerts. Support SSL/TLS certificates and partner connectivity. Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). Ensure compliance with J&J quality and security standards. Key Responsibilities Act as L3 escalation point for critical middleware incidents. Perform advanced troubleshooting including JVM, heap, and thread analysis. Design and support HA / DR architecture and DR drills. Lead RCA, problem management, and preventive actions. Manage platform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning. Oversee security hardening and certificate lifecycle management. Support complex partner integrations and onboarding. Review integration designs, flow services, and BPM models. Ensure compliance with J&J audit, validation, and regulatory standards. Mentor L2 engineers and provide technical leadership.
