Full job description

Position: Consultant – Interventional Cardiology
Department: Cardiology
Location: Kailash Hospital & Heart Institute, Sector 27, Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: DM – Cardiology
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-DM experience
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and management of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
Conduct OPD consultations and manage admitted patients.
Evaluate and manage complex cardiac cases, including acute coronary syndromes and other cardiovascular emergencies.
Perform and independently manage interventional cardiology procedures as per clinical expertise.
Conduct coronary angiography and PCI, including emergency interventions, as appropriate.
Manage patients before and after interventional procedures and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Respond to cardiac emergencies and provide timely clinical intervention.
Coordinate with Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Cardiac Surgery, and other specialties for multidisciplinary patient care.
Conduct regular clinical rounds and ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
Review investigations, imaging, ECGs, echocardiography, and angiography findings to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
Provide clinical guidance and supervision to junior doctors and residents.
Maintain accurate medical records and appropriate clinical documentation.
Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, patient-safety standards, and NABH requirements.
Maintain high standards of professional ethics, patient care, and communication.

Candidate Profile

DM in Cardiology from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of post-DM experience as a Cardiologist.
Strong expertise in Interventional Cardiology.
Hands-on experience in coronary angiography and PCI is preferred.
Ability to manage cardiac emergencies and critically ill cardiac patients.
Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills.
Candidates with experience in reputed multispecialty/super-specialty hospitals will be preferred.
