About the Company

Digital Doctor Clinic, an OBDU Group Company, is a modern healthcare initiative that combines physical clinical infrastructure with advanced digital technology to deliver seamless healthcare services through both remote and in-person consultations.

Our clinics are equipped with telemedicine facilities, Electronic Health Records (EHR), AI-powered diagnostics, digital testing equipment, and virtual consultation capabilities to ensure accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare.

Digital Doctor Clinic is operating under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to establish Digital Doctor Clinics across rural villages. Our mission is to make qualified healthcare available to every citizen by enabling villagers to consult MBBS doctors from their own Gram Panchayats through digital healthcare technology.

We are committed to transforming rural healthcare by expanding Digital Doctor Clinics throughout Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, ensuring that quality medical care reaches even the most remote communities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive franchise sales and expand our Digital Doctor Clinic network. The ideal candidate will identify potential franchise partners, generate leads, conduct presentations, and guide prospects through the franchise acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new franchise sales opportunities through cold calling, digital marketing leads, referrals, and networking.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners.

· Explain the Digital Doctor Clinic business model, investment requirements, and revenue potential to prospects.

· Conduct online and offline presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.

· Qualify leads based on investment capability and business suitability.

· Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.

· Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and franchise launch.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

· Participate in exhibitions, healthcare events, and business networking programs.

· Develop relationships with doctors, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and investors interested in franchise opportunities.

· Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
