Role Overview
1. Assist in the preparation of breads, viennoiserie, pastries, and other bakery products
2. Follow standard recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency
3. Support daily mise-en-place and bakery production activities
4. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the bakery
5. Work closely with the senior bakery team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Preferred Background
1. 1–3 years of experience in a bakery, hotel, café, or gourmet kitchen
2. Basic knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and bakery equipment
3. Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a passion for baking
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
