Job Description for Branch Head

1. Academic & Operational Leadership

Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of high-quality curriculum and teaching standards.
Day-to-Day Management: Supervise daily operations, maintain branch infrastructure, and enforce safety and compliance standards.
Staff Oversight: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of teaching and administrative staff.

2. Revenue, Sales & Growth

Admission Targets: Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies to achieve student enrollment and revenue goals.
Business Development: Identify new market segments, conduct B2B/B2C campaigns, and promote the school's programs.
Fee Management: Monitor fee collections, handle outstanding dues, and manage branch budgets.

3. Student & Parent Engagement

Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and feedback.
Community Building: Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and manage student retention strategies.

4. Compliance & Reporting

MIS Reporting: Track branch metrics, analyze student/staff data, and submit regular performance reports to the head office.
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure the branch complies with local education policies, safety codes, and internal organizational standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
