Full job description

We are looking for a performance-driven Telecaller (Inside Sales Executive) with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective B2B clients, pitching our services (IT & Data Center Services domain), qualifying potential leads, and scheduling sales meetings for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Prospecting: Daily cold calling and email outreach to potential B2B clients to generate qualified leads.
Lead Qualification: Assess customer requirements, pitch appropriate services, and qualify potential business opportunities.
Client Pitching & Engagement: Present compelling phone pitches, handle client objections confidently, and schedule meetings/demos for senior sales managers.
Follow-ups & Pipeline Management: Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to keep the sales funnel moving forward.
Database & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in MS Excel or CRM software.
Market Knowledge: Learn Quisitive Businesses’ products, services, and value propositions to handle prospective client queries effectively.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly calling quotas and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Executive, or Outbound BD Representative.
Communication: Strong command over English and Hindi with excellent phone presence and persuasive skills.
Tools: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and handling sales databases/CRMs.
Qualifications: BBA, MBA or Graduation in any field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
