Equity Dealer / Derivatives Trader
Location: Noida – Sector 16 (Work From Office)
Industry: Finance & Broking
Experience: Fresher / 2–3 years
Certification Required: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives)

Job Summary

The Equity Dealer / Derivatives Trader will be responsible for executing client trade orders efficiently, monitoring market trends, and providing timely communication and guidance to clients. The role involves maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting clients with research-based advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Execute equity and derivatives trade orders on behalf of clients with accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor market movements and provide real-time updates to clients regarding their trading positions.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high customer retention and support business growth.
Ensure all activities and processes comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk standards.
Address client queries promptly and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate regular updates and reports to the immediate supervisor as required.
Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on research reports and market analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong interest and understanding of stock markets and financial instruments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn market dynamics.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
