We’re Hiring | Faculty Coordinator

Organization: Physics Wallah
Location: Noida

Role Objective

The Program Manager cum Faculty Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end academic and operational execution of the Punjab Exams category while owning faculty acquisition, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and coordination. This role bridges program strategy with faculty operations to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

Own the planning, execution, and growth of the category.
Plan and launch programs, batches, courses, test series, and exam-oriented initiatives.
Define batch timelines, subject-wise schedules, and content delivery roadmaps.
Monitor student engagement, batch performance, completion rates, and learning outcomes.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Social Media, YouTube, Product, and Sales teams.
Track academic and business KPIs and prepare performance dashboards.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and student requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure timely execution of launches, campaigns, classes, content, and academic initiatives.

Faculty Coordination

Identify, source, evaluate, and onboard faculty across subjects.
Manage faculty schedules, class timetables, and session allocations.
Act as the key point of contact between faculty and internal teams.
Monitor faculty performance through student feedback, ratings, attendance, and content quality.
Conduct faculty reviews and feedback sessions.
Ensure faculty readiness for live classes, recorded sessions, doubt-solving, and special sessions.
Coordinate with faculty on notes, quizzes, PYQs, study materials, and video lectures.
Ensure alignment with the latest exam patterns, syllabus updates, and academic standards.
Build and maintain a strong faculty pipeline and backup pool.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
3–7 years of experience in Program Management, Academic Operations, Faculty Management, or Category Management.
Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or competitive exam preparation is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing academic programs and coordinating with faculty.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, project management tools, and data dashboards.

Timely launch and smooth execution of academic programs and batches.
Faculty availability, quality, and retention.
Student enrolment, engagement, satisfaction, and course completion.
