Job Description
Responsibilities: Assess auto insurance applications to determine coverage eligibility and appropriate policy levels. Guide clients in selecting suitable auto insurance policies aligned with their individual needs and risk profiles. Efficiently process insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timelines. Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding policy terms, coverage options, and claims procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, applications, and claim transactions for auditing and compliance purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about industry regulations, policy updates, and best practices to ensure compliant and effective client support.
