Role Summary:
The Senior Wing Headmistress is responsible for the academic leadership, discipline, and overall administration of the senior section of the school, ensuring high standards of education and student development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and administrative leadership for the senior wing
- Supervise teaching staff and monitor curriculum implementation
- Ensure student discipline, welfare, and holistic development
- Plan and oversee examinations, assessments, and academic results
- Coordinate with the Principal, parents, and school management
- Promote a positive, safe, and effective learning environment
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience, with leadership exposure
