Position: Mechanic / Technician
Department: Service / Workshop
Location: sector-6,Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, repair, and maintenance of Yamaha two-wheelers
- Diagnose issues using tools and experience (engine, electrical, etc.)
- Handle job cards and complete work within committed time
- Ensure quality work to avoid repeat complaints
- Conduct PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) for new vehicles
- Maintain proper tool usage and workshop discipline
- Support team in achieving daily service targets
Customer Handling:
- Explain issues and work done in simple language
- Maintain professional behavior with customers
- Support CRM team in customer satisfaction (NPS improvement)
Performance Expectations:
- Minimum X vehicles/day servicing target
- Low repeat job %
- Maintain high customer satisfaction score (NPS)
- Follow company SOPs strictly
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics (Yamaha preferred)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems & FI engines
- Ability to work fast and accurately
- Team player with discipline
Experience:
- 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with ITI can apply)
Education:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile (Preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
