Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to drive the strategic growth of our Dermatology portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing the product lifecycle, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize product performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual brand plans and marketing strategies for the Dermatology product portfolio.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product planning, launches, positioning, and lifecycle optimization.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, prescription trend analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Design and execute promotional campaigns, visual aids, scientific literature, digital marketing initiatives, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
Work closely with field sales teams to provide product training, sales tools, and marketing support.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Analyze sales performance, market share, and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Plan and manage product marketing budgets while ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).
Organize product launches, CMEs, conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management is preferred.
3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 2 years of experience managing Dermatology brands.
Proven experience in brand management and successful product launches within the dermatology segment.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of the Dermatology pharmaceutical market and treatment landscape.
Expertise in brand planning, product positioning, and lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in developing promotional campaigns for healthcare professionals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
