Job Description: Manual Tester

Position: Manual Software Tester
Location: Ghaziabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: [Entry-Level / Mid-Level ]

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios.
Execute manual test cases and report results accurately.
Identify, record, and document bugs using a bug tracking tool.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.
Perform regression, functional, UI, smoke, and sanity testing as required.
Participate in sprint planning and product release processes.
Ensure compliance with testing best practices and standards.
Provide feedback on usability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in manual testing (or fresher with strong internship experience).
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
