Accounts Trainee – Apprenticeship Program

About the Role
PG Electroplast Ltd. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and career-focused Accounts Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team at our manufacturing unit in Greater Noida.
This is a 6-month apprenticeship opportunity designed for candidates looking to develop a strong career in Accounting and Finance within a manufacturing organization.
The trainee will receive practical exposure to day-to-day accounting operations, GST, TDS, reconciliations, Accounts Payable/Receivable, MIS reporting, audit processes and SAP FICO.
Candidates demonstrating satisfactory performance, discipline, learning ability and professional conduct during the apprenticeship will be considered for permanent on-roll employment after successful completion of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting & Finance
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Assist in recording purchase, sales, expense and journal entries.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Assist in vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and other account reconciliations.
- Check invoices, bills and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in maintaining proper accounting records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial schedules.
- Coordinate with various departments for collection and verification of financial documents.
GST & TDS
- Assist in preparation and verification of GST-related data and documents.
- Support GST reconciliation and invoice verification activities.
- Assist in TDS-related accounting and documentation.
- Maintain relevant tax records and supporting documents.
SAP FICO Exposure
- Gain hands-on exposure to SAP FICO processes and transactions.
- Assist in processing and reviewing accounting transactions in SAP.
- Learn basic SAP FI processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting.
- Gain exposure to cost center and profit center accounting.
- Assist in checking accounting documents and transaction postings in SAP.
- Support vendor/customer account reconciliation through SAP.
- Gain exposure to month-end closing activities in SAP.
- Assist in extracting financial reports and data from SAP for MIS and reconciliation purposes.
- Understand the integration of Finance & Controlling (FI-CO) with business and manufacturing processes.
- Learn the basic flow of accounting transactions from source documents to financial reporting in SAP.

Candidate ProfileQualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may also be considered.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding or prior academic exposure to SAP FICO will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work on SAP/ERP systems.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing-unit environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
