Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, stepping in for junior staff when necessary.
Operations & SOPs: Conduct pre-shift briefings to assign daily tasks, manage reservations, enforce uniform standards, and oversee cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
Billing & Payments: Oversee the billing process, ensuring accurate calculations, and handle payments or room-charge postings gracefully.
