Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of proven agency or client-side SEO experience who can independently develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies that improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and achieve first-page rankings for competitive keywords. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, Content Strategy, Website Audits, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, high-quality backlink acquisition, Core Web Vitals, AI-powered SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Google Search Console, and SEMrush. This role requires someone who stays updated with Google's latest algorithm updates, understands E-E-A-T principles, follows SEO best practices, and can translate SEO strategies into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for client websites
Create SEO roadmaps focused on increasing organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and business growth
Perform detailed keyword research based on search intent, business goals, and competitor opportunities
Conduct competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities, content gaps, backlink opportunities, and SEO improvements
Build SEO strategies aligned with Google's latest guidelines and best practices
On-Page SEO
Optimize website architecture for improved crawlability and user experience
Optimize Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Heading Structure (H1-H6), URLs, Image Alt Tags, Internal Linking, and Content Structure
Improve keyword relevance without keyword stuffing
Optimize service pages, landing pages, blogs, category pages, and product pages
Perform content optimization based on search intent and user experience
Implement structured internal linking strategies
Technical SEO
Perform complete technical SEO audits
Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, duplicate content, broken links, redirect chains, orphan pages, canonical issues, and pagination issues
Optimize XML Sitemaps, Robots.txt, Canonical Tags, Schema Markup, Breadcrumbs, and Structured Data
Improve Core Web Vitals and Page Experience
Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations
Optimize website speed and mobile usability
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Develop and execute white-hat backlink acquisition strategies
Build high-authority, relevant, and natural backlinks
Perform backlink audits and toxic backlink analysis
Conduct competitor backlink research
Build relationships for guest posting, digital PR, niche edits, citations, and outreach campaigns
Monitor backlink quality using Ahrefs and SEMrush
Local SEO
Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP)
Improve Local Pack rankings
Build and manage local citations
Optimize NAP consistency
Implement Local Business Schema
Manage local keyword optimization and location-based landing pages
AI SEO, GEO & AEO
Develop SEO strategies aligned with AI-powered search experiences
Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and zero-click searches
Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated search results
Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices to improve content discoverability across AI search platforms
Structure content using semantic SEO, entities, schema markup, FAQs, and topical authority
Monitor AI search trends and adapt SEO strategies accordingly
Leverage AI-assisted SEO tools for research, content optimization, technical audits, and workflow automation while maintaining content quality and E-E-A-T standards
Stay updated with Google AI Overviews, Core Updates, Spam Updates, and Search Quality changes
Continuously research emerging AI search trends, GEO, AEO, and evolving SEO best practices
Evaluate and implement AI-powered SEO tools to improve productivity without compromising content quality
Content SEO
Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-focused content
Create content briefs using keyword research
Perform content gap analysis
Optimize existing content for improved rankings
Ensure content follows Google's Helpful Content and E-E-A-T guidelines
Performance Monitoring
Track keyword rankings and organic traffic
Monitor indexing status using Google Search Console
Analyze GA4 reports and user behavior
Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports
Present SEO insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
Continuous Learning
Stay updated with Google Core Updates
Follow SEO industry trends and algorithm changes
Experiment with AI-powered SEO tools
Continuously improve SEO processes and workflows
Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO
Deep understanding of Google's ranking algorithms
Excellent keyword research and competitor research skills
Proven experience improving keyword rankings and increasing organic traffic
Strong understanding of search intent and content optimization
Experience in developing SEO strategies for multiple clients
Knowledge of E-E-A-T, Helpful Content Guidelines, and Core Web Vitals
Experience with backlink analysis and authority-building strategies
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Strong communication and client-handling abilities
