Position: Senior Education Head (Academic Head)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall academic vision and operational excellence of the academy.
- Build and manage high-performing academic teams.
- Develop growth strategies to improve admissions and student success.
- Ensure high-quality teaching standards and faculty performance.
- Drive innovation in curriculum planning and academic delivery.
- Establish SOPs, quality benchmarks, and performance monitoring systems.
- Report directly to the management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's/B.Ed./M.Ed./MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in the education sector.
- Proven leadership and academy management experience.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and operational management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
