Role Description

The Sales Assistant role at MediaDock is a full-time hybrid position based in Palghar, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Sales Assistant will support the founders by managing client inquiries, client acquisition, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining sales records, lead generation and following up on leads. Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings, updating the CRM system, assisting with customer service requests, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships and respond to client needs effectively.
Candidates should possess clear and professional English Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, including understanding sales processes, lead follow-up, and support in closing deals.
Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with colleagues across locations.
Prior experience in an entry-level sales, administrative, or customer support role is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
