An experienced admin preferably with experience in Academic Institutions.

Deal with Admissions, Staff/student matters, fee collection, University coordination, Exam duties.
Well versed with University norms.
Knowledge in MS Office Suite is mandatory.
Dissemination of information for College committee meetings, including meetings of the College Council and Governing Body, much of which is confidential.
Preparing and disseminating the annual meetings programme.
Administrative support for College committees.
College List of Senior and Junior Members, staff, committee members, teaching staff, students and room lists, issued annually and updated termly.
Programme of formal events and occasions.
Maintaining relevant sections of the College's website and intranet, and internal email lists.
Maintaining the College's entries in University Lookup & Responding to emails sent to the College's general enquiries address.
Arranging formal events and occasions as appropriate.

Qualification: MBA Post Graduate.

Experience: 2+ year relevant experience. Freshers may also apply.
