Work Hours: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 2 Saturdays off per month

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Admissions & Marketing Manager to lead student enrolments, brand positioning, and outreach initiatives for the school. This role will drive admissions growth through strategic marketing, relationship building, and exceptional parent engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in education marketing, admissions strategy, lead generation, and conversion management, along with the ability to build the school’s presence in the community and education ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions Strategy & Enrolments
- Lead end-to-end admissions lifecycle from inquiry generation to student onboarding.
- Design and execute enrollment strategies to achieve student intake targets.
- Monitor and improve inquiry-to-admission conversion through data analysis and CRM tracking.
- Conduct counselling sessions, campus tours, and parent engagement meetings.
- Plan and execute admission cycles, scholarship drives, and enrollment campaigns.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and implement integrated online and offline marketing strategies.
- Plan performance marketing campaigns (digital ads, SEO, social media, lead funnels).
- Collaborate with digital agencies and internal teams on content, branding, and promotions.
- Manage school branding, storytelling, and communication across platforms.
- Track campaign performance and ROI with data-driven reporting.
Community Outreach & Partnerships
- Build partnerships with corporates, relocation agencies, preschools, and local communities.
- Represent the school at education fairs, events, and promotional activities.
- Organize open houses, school events, and experience days for prospective families.
- Strengthen alumni and parent referral programs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Experience
- Act as a primary touchpoint for prospective families and new parents.
- Ensure a premium and seamless parent experience throughout the admission journey.
- Collaborate closely with academic and leadership teams for alignment of messaging.
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and mentor admissions counselors and marketing team members.
- Set KPIs for lead generation, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reporting on admissions metrics, marketing ROI, and market insights.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Education, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in admissions, education marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record in achieving enrollment targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in international or premium schools / education sector.
- Expertise in performance marketing, lead funnels, and branding strategy.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and campaign execution skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
