What you'll actually do
Own relationships, not just accounts.
Clients shouldn't have to chase updates.
They should know you're already three steps ahead.
You'll become the person they call first—not because something went wrong, but because they trust your judgment.
Turn chaos into clarity.
Creative teams think differently.
Performance marketers speak another language.
Designers have ideas.
Clients have deadlines.
Your superpower is bringing everyone together and making projects move without drama.
Lead projects from kickoff to applause.
Campaign launches.
Influencer activations.
Tourism shoots.
Brand films.
Integrated campaigns.
You'll own timelines, meetings, approvals, budgets, deliverables and everything in between until the campaign is live and everyone's celebrating.
Keep every moving part... moving.
You'll coordinate with Content, Design, Performance Marketing, SEO, Influencer Management, Video Production and Leadership every single day.
You're not expected to do everyone's job.
You're expected to make sure everyone can do theirs.
Become your client's strategic partner.
The best Account Managers don't wait for briefs.

You'll identify opportunities, recommend improvements, solve business problems and continuously help clients grow.
Stay calm when everyone else isn't.
Campaigns change.
Creators miss flights.
Approvals come at 10 PM.
Clients suddenly want Version 17.
You'll stay composed, find solutions and keep momentum going.
Run meetings people actually enjoy.
Status calls.
Presentations.
Campaign reviews.
Quarterly planning.
Vendor Management
You'll lead conversations with confidence, ask the right questions and leave every meeting with clear next steps.
Protect quality like it's your own brand.
Details matter.
You'll catch mistakes before clients do.
You'll challenge work when it isn't good enough and push every campaign to meet Mélange's standards.
What you bring
- 4–7 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing & Operations within a digital, creative, advertising or integrated marketing agency.
- You've managed multiple brands simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience handling high-value clients and multiple internal teams.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and stay organised under pressure.
- Experience with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira or similar).
- A proactive mindset—you solve problems before they become problems.
- You genuinely enjoy working with people.

Salary
