Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the school curriculum and CBSE guidelines for the foundational stage.
Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity and learning.
Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, EVS, arts, and social-emotional skills through interactive and play-based methods.
Use a variety of teaching aids, storytelling, rhymes, activities, and hands-on materials to enhance learning.
Monitor and assess each child’s progress regularly and maintain records/reports.
Support children in developing good habits, manners, hygiene, and discipline.
Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, field trips, and parent-teacher meetings.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.
Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and adherence to school policies.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Ed./NTT/ECCE certification preferred).
Previous experience in teaching kindergarten or early childhood education is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Creative, patient, energetic, and child-friendly.
Basic computer skills for maintaining records and preparing teaching materials.
