Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Centre Manager to oversee the complete operations of our centre. The role involves managing beneficiary services, staff supervision, donor engagement, facility administration, reporting, inventory management, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, people management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Monitor maintenance activities, repairs, housekeeping, security, and vendor services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SOPs.
- Conduct safety drills and maintain emergency preparedness.
Beneficiary Management
- Manage beneficiary admissions and discharge processes.
- Ensure accurate beneficiary records and documentation.
- Monitor teaching and counselling activities to ensure full beneficiary coverage.
- Conduct parent meetings and address beneficiary concerns.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Donor & Visitor Management
- Coordinate donor and visitor visits.
- Maintain donor databases and visitor records.
- Ensure timely thank-you communications and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with local donors and community organizations.
- Coordinate donation distribution activities.
Events & Community Engagement
- Organize centre events, volunteer activities, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives.
- Support volunteer engagement and recognition activities.
- Foster relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and local groups.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS documentation.
- Ensure timely updates in ERP and organizational systems.
- Track centre performance and operational metrics.
Finance & Administration
- Manage petty cash and operational expenses.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills and compliance-related expenses.
- Support audits and financial documentation requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization and operational budgets.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain inventory records for groceries, beneficiary items, and centre assets.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of resources.
- Maintain asset registers and equipment records.
Team Management
- Supervise Centre Coordinators, Teachers, Counsellors, Drivers, and support staff.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Prepare duty rosters and weekly schedules.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
Transport & Vehicle Management
- Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance, and compliance.
- Manage fuel records and transport-related documentation.
- Ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional qualifications in Management, Social Work, Administration, Healthcare, or Operations will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Operations, Facility Management, NGO Operations, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Education Management, or related fields.
