Job Title: CRM Executive

Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA/BBA or relevant qualification preferred
Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and organized CRM Executive to manage relationships with parents and prospective parents, handle admission enquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and support the school’s admissions and communication process.
The CRM Executive will act as an important point of contact between the school and parents, ensuring timely communication, excellent service, and a positive parent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries related to admissions, fees, facilities, curriculum, activities, and school policies.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and existing parents in the CRM system.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents regarding school visits, applications, and admissions.
- Schedule and coordinate school tours, counselling sessions, meetings, and admission appointments.
- Explain the school’s curriculum, programs, facilities, activities, and admission process to parents.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and ensure their queries are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, admission team, and administration for parent-related requirements.
- Track leads and admissions from enquiry to final enrolment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, visits, applications, and admissions.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.
- Collect parent feedback and communicate important concerns to the concerned department.
- Support admission campaigns, events, orientations, and parent engagement activities.
- Ensure a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every parent visiting or contacting the school.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and parent-handling skills.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Professional email and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of school admissions and parent counselling will be an advantage.
