We are looking for a Project Manger for our Real Estate Colony Project in Poanta Sahib , Himachal Pradesh

A Project Manager for a colony project oversees the planning, execution, and completion of residential developments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating contractors, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and maintaining stakeholder communication, while proactively resolving site issues. Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining the scope, goals, and timelines for land development, infrastructure (roads, sewage, electricity), and housing construction.
Budgeting & Cost Management: Create detailed budgets, monitor project costs, approve expenditures, and manage change orders to prevent budget overruns.
Site Management & Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficiency.
