- Lead Conversion & Nurturing: Actively call and follow up on high-intent digital leads provided by the company. Convert telephonic inquiries into physical site visits.
- Project Pitching: Confidently present and pitch premium high-rise gated community projects, outlining floor plans, modern amenities, pricing structures, and localized appreciation potential.
- Site Inspections & Client Relationship: Conduct physical site visits with clients across Kollur, Tellapur, Miyapur, and Bachupally. Accompany prospective buyers to sample flats and effectively manage site-level objections.
- Market & Topography Expertise: Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the Western Hyderabad real estate market, upcoming infrastructure development (ORR, radial roads), and competitor project pricing.
- Negotiation & Closing: Coordinate closely with builder sales teams to facilitate final price negotiations, payment schedules, and booking formalities to secure closures.
- CRM Management: Meticulously update and maintain the lead pipeline in the company CRM, ensuring disciplined daily follow-ups and accurate pipeline reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven track record in direct sales. Prior experience in real estate sales or high-ticket B2C sectors (like EdTech, wealth management, or insurance) is a massive plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory to successfully interact with both local buyers and corporate IT professionals.
- Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the geography of Gachibowli, Financial District, Tellapur, Kollur, Miyapur, and Bachupally.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and a valid driver's license for regular travel to project sites.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strong phone etiquette, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a high level of resilience.
Pay: ₹13,667.27 - ₹25,000.00 per month
