Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to assist the HR Head in end-to-end HR Activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1.Assist HR Head in
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with HR related statutes.
2. Maintain Time, Attendance & Leave Records.
3. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
5.Co-ordinate training and induction programs for new employees, as is required.
6. Possess exceptional communication skills in Malayalam and English, both written and oral.
7. Organising employee engagement programs.
8. Pro - active in working towards fostering collaboration and understanding among the diverse workforce, so as to reduce Employee turnover.
9. To handle the secretariat of Management Team, as and when required .
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and understanding of labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
