We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to act as the operational bridge between our flagship brands: Learnextra Campus (Edtech/Finishing School) and SBMS (Business Management Services).

SBMS (Saira Business Management Services): Global BPO services in IT, Finance, HR, and Events.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight: Coordinate accounts and financial operations across our Kochi, Pathanamthitta, and upcoming Kottayam branches.
Operational Integration: Support the Edtech division with financial documentation and general management.
Management Liaison: Assist the MD, and Business Development Head with strategic reports and Data reports.
Compliance: Ensure all branches adhere to company financial policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Corporate Engagement: Represent the company at Corporate Visits, Business Meetings, and Events.
Professional Conduct: Must maintain a high standard of corporate demeanor, including professional attire and elite communication skills.

Candidate Requirements

Versatility: A "Smart & Multi-talented" individual who can pivot from detailed Management level coordination.
Professional Conduct: Must maintain a high standard of corporate demeanor, professional attire, and elite communication skills.
Technical Savvy: Basic knowledge in Accounts , IT and Staff Management.
Dynamic Mobility: Flexibility to work across our three branches (Kochi, Pathanamthitta, and upcoming in Idukki).
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel with the leadership team for business development meetings and branch performance visits.
Character: Strong ethical standards and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Communication Standards : Good Communication skills required either in Malayalam or English
Presentation Skills: Ability to present the Reports, Analysis and Data with full Confidence
