Skills Required:

Oversee the management of network components including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
Enforce IT security policies, including access control, firewall configurations, endpoint protection, and antivirus deployment.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure using tools like PRTG, ensuring real-time visibility into network and system health.
Respond efficiently to daily IT helpdesk tickets, prioritizing and resolving incidents to minimize workflow disruption.
Deliver end-to-end IT support to Field Team across hardware, networking, and peripheral issues.
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware servicing, manage asset inventory, and support hardware lifecycle planning.
Ensure clear, ongoing communication with end users to deliver a high standard of service and satisfaction.
Ensure uptime of Servers, Applications & Services
