Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive with a technical background to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology and digital services, and the ability to convert prospects into clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching digital marketing solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.
Explain the company's digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) – B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (IT/CS), MCA, BBA, MBA, or any Graduate with a technical background.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and IT services.
Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under sales targets.
Good understanding of online marketing services.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in selling Digital Marketing Services, Website Development, SEO, PPC, or Software/IT Services.
Knowledge of lead generation and client relationship management.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
