About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically capable 3D Visualiser / Interior & Facade Designer to join our design team in Patna.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior design, architectural facades, 3D modelling and realistic architectural visualization.
We are open to both freshers and experienced candidates. More important than years of experience is a flare for design, visualisation, creativity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
The candidate will work on real residential, commercial, hospitality and other architectural/interior projects from concept development through visualization and design execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models for interior and architectural projects.
- Create realistic interior and exterior/facade 3D visualizations.
- Develop interior concepts based on client requirements and design direction.
- Develop facade concepts, material compositions and architectural elevations.
- Convert 2D drawings and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Prepare realistic renders, walkthroughs and presentation views.
- Develop furniture layouts, material selections, ceiling designs, wall treatments and lighting concepts.
- Experiment with materials, textures, colours, lighting and architectural elements.
- Prepare design options and iterations based on client/team feedback.
- Coordinate 3D models with architectural drawings and actual project dimensions.
- Ensure that designs are practical, buildable and visually appealing.
- Assist in developing presentation drawings, mood boards and design presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers and site teams whenever required.
- Make design modifications and rendering revisions efficiently.
- Keep up with current trends in interior design, architecture, facade design, materials and visualization.
Required Software Skills3D Modelling
Strong knowledge of at least one of the following:
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Revit
- ArchiCAD
- Blender or other professional 3D software
Rendering & Visualization
Knowledge of one or more:
- V-Ray
- Enscape
- Lumion
- D5 Render
- Twinmotion
- Corona Renderer
- Other architectural rendering software
2D / Design Software
Knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Other relevant design/presentation software
Candidates proficient in multiple software platforms will be preferred.
Interior Design Skills
The candidate should have an understanding of:
- Residential interiors
- Modular kitchens
- Wardrobes and storage
- False ceilings and lighting
- Wall panelling and moulding
- Furniture design
- Flooring and wall finishes
- Material selection
- Colour combinations
- Space planning
- Lighting design
- Contemporary, modern, luxury and other interior styles
Facade Design Skills
Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:
- Residential and commercial facade design
- Modern architectural facades
- Elevation development
- Material combinations
- ACP / HPL / stone / tiles / glass / metal finishes
- Architectural lighting
- Feature walls and facade elements
- Parametric/design elements
- Practical construction detailing

Freshers Are Welcome
Freshers are encouraged to apply if they have good software knowledge and a strong portfolio.
Academic projects, personal projects and self-developed 3D work can be submitted as a portfolio.
We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:

rather than simply looking at years of experience.

Salary
Salary will be based on skills, portfolio and experience.
Candidates with strong capabilities in 3D modelling + realistic rendering + interior/facade design may be offered a higher salary package.

Work Location
Patna, Bihar
This is an in-person/on-site position. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and collaborating directly with the design team.
