We are looking for a versatile, proactive, and organized Supervisor cum Administrator to oversee day-to-day office operations, handle basic IT/utility management, and act as a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Owner. The ideal candidate will be a sharp multi-tasker capable of managing housekeeping staff, maintaining office inventory, solving minor technical glitches, and providing direct administrative support to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Vendor Management
Utility Tracking: Track usage, manage renewals, and timely recharge office Wi-Fi connections and team CUG (Closed User Group) numbers.
Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain a strict track of office supplies, pantry stock, and housekeeping materials.
Procurement: Anticipate shortages and place orders for supplies accordingly while keeping costs within budget.
2. Facilities & Housekeeping Supervision
Staff Management: Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the office environment remains spotlessly clean, hygienic, and organized.
Attendance Tracking: Monitor the daily attendance, punctuality, and performance of the ground staff.
3. Basic IT Support
Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for minor IT issues (e.g., setting up routers, troubleshooting basic Wi-Fi connectivity issues, printer jams, or basic system restarts).
Coordination: Coordinate with external IT vendors or technicians for major hardware or network failures.
4. Personal Assistant (PA) to the Owner
Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, manage the owner's daily calendar, and send timely reminders.
Task Execution: Handle confidential personal and professional tasks as assigned by the owner.
Communication: Filter calls, manage specific correspondences, and coordinate travel or meeting arrangements when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, or BBA). A background or certification in hardware/networking is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Office Administration, Facility Management, or as an Executive Assistant.
Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with smartphones, digital payment apps, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and basic router/Wi-Fi configurations.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and command respect from housekeeping and support staff.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, staff, and the owner.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
