Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher Coordinator with hands-on USA truck dispatch experience. The ideal candidate will not only manage dispatch operations but also provide software and dispatch process training to students enrolled in our logistics training program.
Key Responsibilities
- Train students on truck dispatch software and dispatch procedures.
- Conduct live software training sessions during the night shift.
- Explain USA freight dispatch workflows and industry best practices.
- Assist students with load booking, carrier communication, and dispatch documentation.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance throughout the training.
- Answer student questions and provide technical support related to dispatch software.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth training operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of USA Truck Dispatch experience (Required).
- Experience using dispatch/load board software (DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus, etc.).
- Strong understanding of USA trucking operations and logistics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable teaching and mentoring students.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts (B.A.) or
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Night Shift.

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Patient, organized, and professional attitude.
- Prior training or teaching experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹160,500.00 - ₹243,500.00 per year
