Full job description

Pantone Garments LLP is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Finance and Inventory team. If you have a strong foundation in commerce, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with Tally, we'd love to hear from you.

Accounts Assistant
Billing Staff
Inventory Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Assistant

Maintain accounting records and daily financial transactions.
Prepare purchase, sales, and payment entries.
Assist with GST documentation and bank reconciliation.
Support monthly financial reporting.

Billing Staff

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and billing documents.
Verify billing details for accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
Maintain billing records and reports.

Inventory Management Executive

Maintain inventory records of fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
Monitor stock movement and update inventory data.
Conduct periodic stock verification.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and warehouse departments.

Candidate Requirements

B.Com / M.Com.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
