Business Development & Lead Generation
We are looking for 2 candidates (One each for Palakkad and Malappuram Districts)
Salary Range : Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- + attractive commission
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Marketing
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, referrals, online portals, and field visits.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying prospects based on business requirements and budget.
Develop relationships with decision-makers, business owners, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Identify emerging market trends and explore new industry segments for business expansion.
Software Product Sales
Promote and sell software solutions including ERP, CRM, HRMS, School/College Management Systems, Hospital Management Systems, Accounting Software, Inventory Management Systems, and customized software applications.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions to improve business efficiency.
Conduct software demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
Coordinate with technical teams to prepare customized software proposals.
Website Design & Development Sales
Generate business for corporate websites, e-commerce websites, business portals, landing pages, and custom web applications.
Understand customer branding and business requirements to recommend appropriate website solutions.
Explain website features, technologies, maintenance plans, hosting, domain registration, and SEO benefits.
Coordinate with design and development teams for project execution.
Mobile Application Sales
Promote Android, iOS, and cross-platform mobile application development services.
Understand client business models and recommend suitable mobile app solutions.
Prepare project scope, feature requirements, quotations, and implementation plans.
Coordinate with development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing Sales
Promote Digital Marketing services including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Online Reputation Management.
Sell Social Media Marketing and Social Media Management packages for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Educate clients on lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and ROI through digital marketing.
Recommend suitable marketing packages based on customer objectives and budget.
Client Meetings & Presentations
Schedule and conduct client meetings through online platforms and face-to-face interactions.
Deliver business presentations, product demonstrations, and service proposals.
Understand customer pain points and recommend customized IT solutions.
Build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Proposal Preparation & Sales Closure
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, pricing documents, and commercial agreements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and project timelines with clients.
Address customer objections and close business deals effectively.
Ensure smooth contract finalization and project handover.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.
Generate repeat business, contract renewals, and referrals.
Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
CRM & Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, opportunities, quotations, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Track sales performance against targets and submit forecasts to management.
Monitor conversion rates and sales pipeline health.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
Identify opportunities to sell additional software modules, website maintenance, mobile applications, hosting services, digital marketing, and annual maintenance contracts.
Increase customer lifetime value through strategic account management.
Payment Collection & Coordination
Follow up on advance payments, milestone payments, and outstanding invoices.
Coordinate with finance and project teams to ensure timely billing and collections.
Maintain healthy cash flow through effective payment tracking.
Team Coordination
Work closely with software developers, UI/UX designers, web designers, mobile app developers, digital marketing specialists, and project managers.
Ensure accurate communication of client requirements to project teams.
Support timely project delivery and successful implementation.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and service offerings.
Identify customer needs, industry trends, and business opportunities.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management for business improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate qualified leads consistently.
Maintain a high lead-to-customer conversion ratio.
Increase revenue through new client acquisition and existing customer retention.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and quotations.
Maintain CRM accuracy and timely sales reporting.
Achieve high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Increase repeat business, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure timely payment collections and reduced outstanding receivables.
Contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
This opportunity is for IT services companies and showcases experience across Software Products, Website Design & Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Social Media Management, making it suitable for senior Sales Executive, Business Development Executive (BDE), and Business Development Manager (BDM) roles.
