Full job description

Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the Honda BigWing showroom. The role is responsible for creating a positive first impression by welcoming customers, managing front desk operations, handling telephone calls, coordinating customer appointments, maintaining visitor records, and supporting the sales and service teams with administrative tasks while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Reception

Welcome all walk-in customers with courtesy and professionalism.
Understand the customer's requirement and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant or Service Advisor.
Ensure every customer is attended to promptly.
Offer refreshments to customers as per showroom standards.

Telephone Handling

Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
Transfer calls to the concerned department.
Record customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle basic customer queries regarding showroom timings, vehicle availability, service appointments, and contact details.

Visitor Management

Maintain accurate records of walk-in customers and visitors.
Ensure customer data is entered into the CRM system accurately.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Administrative Support

Manage incoming and outgoing courier and postal communications.
Maintain front office files, registers, and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports as required by management.
Support event coordination and customer engagement activities.

Showroom Maintenance

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor the availability of brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
Report housekeeping or maintenance issues promptly.

Customer Experience

Ensure every customer receives a premium Honda BigWing experience.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate unresolved issues to the Showroom Manager.
Assist in collecting customer feedback after showroom visits.

Coordination

Coordinate effectively with Sales, Service, Finance, Insurance, and Registration departments.
Support showroom operations during promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
