Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and strategically driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the company’s complete digital ecosystem across multiple brands and business verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing integrated digital marketing operations, performance campaigns, brand communications, digital infrastructure, online platforms, creative execution, and cross-functional coordination.
This role requires a strong combination of leadership, technical expertise, analytical capabilities, creative direction, and operational management to ensure seamless execution of all digital initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Performance Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all brands and business divisions.
- Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Spotify Ads
- X (Twitter) Ads
- ShareChat Ads
- Jio Ads
- Other emerging advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROI, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversions, and lead generation effectiveness.
- Manage audience targeting, remarketing strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign budget allocation.
- Handle advanced implementation and monitoring through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and event tracking systems.
- Prepare analytical reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations for management review.
2. Social Media & Brand Management
- Oversee and manage all official social media accounts across multiple brands and platforms.
- Develop platform-specific social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, communication standards, and content quality across all digital channels.
- Plan and supervise digital campaigns, seasonal promotions, launches, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, approvals, and campaign execution.
3. Creative Design & Media Coordination
- Lead and supervise the development of digital creatives including:
- Social media posters
- Promotional banners
- Marketing videos
- Motion graphics
- Advertisement creatives
- Brand campaign materials
- Ensure all visual communications align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and creative agencies for timely delivery of marketing assets.
4. Website, Domain & Hosting Management
- Manage and maintain all company websites across multiple brands.
- Coordinate website updates, content management, UI improvements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Handle domain registration, renewals, DNS management, and hosting server administration.
- Ensure website security, uptime monitoring, backup systems, and technical maintenance.
- Coordinate with developers and technical vendors for development and support activities.
5. Application & Console Administration
- Manage mobile application operations through:
- Apple App Store Console
- Google Play Console
- Coordinate app publishing, updates, compliance management, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee operational activities related to Digi Silver Application programs and digital functionalities.
- Collaborate with developers for feature enhancements and technical improvements.
6. Google Business & Local Brand Presence
- Manage and optimize all company Google Business Profiles (GMB) across store locations.
- Ensure accurate business information, operational updates, customer engagement, and review management.
- Monitor local SEO performance and improve digital visibility for retail outlets and branches.
7. Digital Infrastructure & Workspace Administration
- Manage company digital infrastructure including:
- Workspace accounts
- User access management
- Business communication platforms
- Company SIM and internet services
- Ensure proper digital asset organization, account security, and system accessibility across departments.
8. Team Leadership & Operational Coordination
- Allocate, monitor, and supervise day-to-day tasks for the Digital Marketing Team.
- Coordinate with departments including:
- Marketing
- Retail Operations
- Branding
- Customer Support
- External Agencies & Vendors
- Provide operational guidance and ensure timely execution of assigned projects.
- Handle strategic and confidential assignments delegated by the Managing Director (MD).
9. Payment Gateway, SMS & Automation Platforms
- Manage and monitor Razorpay-related operational activities and payment gateway coordination.
- Handle SMS service portals including STPL and customer communication systems.
- Manage WhatsApp messaging software, automation tools, campaign broadcasts, and communication workflows.
10. Trademark, Booking & Additional Digital Operations
- Coordinate trademark-related documentation, submissions, and follow-up processes.
- Manage NSN advance booking users, booking workflows, and operational coordination.
- Handle Wincero operational and digital-related activities as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Management systems.
- Experience in website administration, hosting environments, and domain management.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and digital branding.
- Familiarity with app management consoles, payment gateways, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Media, or related field.
- Master’s Degree or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience Required :
