Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare sales, purchase, payment, receipt, debit and credit entries.
- Maintain invoices, ledgers, vouchers and other accounting records.
- Handle dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans and e-way bills.
- Coordinate with production, stores, sales and transport teams for timely dispatches.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and maintain dispatch records.
- Coordinate with transporters and customers regarding deliveries.
- Verify quantities, documents and materials before dispatch.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable / Payable and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly accounting activities.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and dispatch documents.
- Prepare basic MIS reports related to accounts and dispatch.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to manage accounts as well as dispatch activities efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
