About the Role
Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for search engine optimization? Morley Capital Ltd is on the hunt for an experienced and creative SEO Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our digital presence, drive high-quality organic traffic, and improve our search engine rankings across key markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify SEO opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities end-to-end.Optimize website content, meta data, images, and structure for maximum search performance.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with development teams to fix issues.
- Identify and resolve indexing issues, crawl errors, and performance gaps.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, website analytics, and keyword rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in content development.
- Understand evolving search trends including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Structure content to improve visibility across modern search experiences (featured snippets, AI-driven results, etc.)
- Test prompts to understand when and why brands get mentioned
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and PR collaborations.
- Analyze competitor websites across different regions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is both analytical and creative someone who doesn’t just follow SEO trends but sets them. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a B2B or fintech environment.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience working with Next.JS
- Experience of working within the UK and Australian markets will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics/Search Console, Hot Jar.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple websites or international SEO projects.
- Proven track record of improving rankings and generating leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
