Type: Internship (Full-Time), 6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000/month

Hind Empire Private Limited is a multi-brand group operating across optical retail, café & co-working, home electrical/interior solutions, eyewear, and B2B SaaS/fintech — including Lenstrack, Ambarion, Watt Living, Eyekra, and Upcapto. We are a fast-growing organization building scalable systems across our brands, and we're looking for a sharp, dependable intern to work directly with the Founder's Office.

About the Role
This internship offers direct exposure to the Founder and Founder's Office operations. The intern will assist with day-to-day tasks, coordination, documentation, and follow-ups across departments, gaining first-hand insight into how a multi-brand business is run and scaled. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Founder and Founder's Office with daily administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder's Office
Maintain schedules, meeting notes, and action-item trackers
Draft, format, and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required
Support in preparing MIS reports, summaries, and briefing notes
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist in coordinating cross-functional tasks across Lenstrack, Ambarion, Watt Living, Eyekra, and Upcapto
Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation for the Founder's Office
Take on ad-hoc projects and research tasks as assigned

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (any stream)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Willingness to work from the Noida office
