Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and facilitate interviews.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
Collect and verify employee documentation.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Manage employee exit formalities, clearance processes, and documentation.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee information through HRMS.
Generate HR reports and maintain personnel files.
Ensure timely updating of employee data.
Payroll & Compliance Support
Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams.
Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, PT, and Labour Law requirements.
Maintain compliance-related records and documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Organize employee events, celebrations, and awareness programs.
Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.
Support performance appraisal cycles.
Maintain performance-related records and reports.
Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Communicate HR policies and updates to employees.
Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
Experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Educational Qualification
MBA (HR) / Any relevant HR qualification.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
