PROJECT MANAGER

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Salary - 15000 - 30000

TOTAL WORK (2-5 YEARS PREFERRED)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who are responsible for planning, organizing, allocating resources, and successfully executing organization’s specific IT goals.

Our main mantra is to build a Support Team and Technical Expertise to provide all round web hosting solutions at the most affordable cost as we know that’s what our customers are looking for.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· End to end project execution covering the entire project life cycle.

· Manage and lead the project team which includes Business Analyst, Designing team, Development team and testing team, Digital marketing team.

· Analyse scope of work, project sequence, resource planning, time estimation, scheduling, cost estimation and risk analysis.

· In core and non-core system support, issue investigation, resolution or escalation to technical team.

· Create and manage project plans, including scope, goals and deliverables. Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.

· Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives.

· Work multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and manage budgets.

· Deliver and install technology solutions. Support and direct project teams.

· Supervise the issue identification process and its resolution. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.

· Monitor and report on project progress. Manage all project documentation.

· Evaluate and assess result of project.

Competencies:

· Critical thinking and problem solving. Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.

· Conflict resolution experience. Detail-oriented.

· Thrives in collaborative environment. Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders

· Business and IT strategy experience. Customer-focused mind-set Adaptability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
