Accounts Associate (Intern / Fresher)

Location: Puducherry
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Trinité Digital is looking for a motivated and organized Accounts Associate to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in financial management, record keeping, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain financial transactions accurately
Assist in preparing bills, vouchers, payment records, and purchase entries
Organize and manage financial documents and accounting records
Support day-to-day bookkeeping activities
Assist with bank reconciliation and account verification processes
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment-related matters
Help in preparing financial reports and supporting compliance requirements
Ensure all accounting activities are completed within deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Basic understanding of accounting concepts and financial procedures
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail

Added Advantage

Knowledge of GST filing and taxation procedures
Previous internship or experience in accounts/finance (0–2 years)
