Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data.
Handle invoice preparation, payment entries, and voucher entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily transactions.
Maintain proper records of expenses and financial documents.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
