JOB OVERVIEW:

This role entails contributing to onboarding, CSR initiatives, and employee engagement. Utilize your proactive mindset to support HR processes and foster a positive work culture, ensuring strategic growth and success.

Create

Engaging content, assisting in social media management, and developing presentations using MS PowerPoint for various digital marketing efforts.

Nurture

Participation in planning and nurturing a positive work culture by executing engagement activities, events, and initiatives that boost employee morale and foster a sense of belonging.

Manage

The documentation, materials, and resources for the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment support, compliance management, and facilitating smooth operations during offboarding.
Corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as volunteering programs, community outreach, and sustainability projects.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration BBA(HR)/MBA or related fields.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint. A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities.
Should be Flexible to adapt changing priorities, work effectively in a dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
