Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to assist customers in selecting outfits, provide styling advice, and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of fashion, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in choosing clothing, sarees, blouses, kurtas, and accessories.
Understand customer preferences and provide styling recommendations.
Maintain product knowledge, including fabrics, fits, sizes, and trends.
Handle customer queries on calls and through WhatsApp.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Ensure merchandise is well-organized and displayed attractively.
Coordinate with the inventory and operations team for stock availability.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or apparel sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment styling.
Customer-centric attitude and sales-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in women's ethnic wear.
Ability to create complete styling looks for customers.
Knowledge of social media and online customer interaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
