We are inviting applications from highly research-active candidates for the positions of full-time Assistant Professor in Political Science. While we welcome applicants from any area of PS/IR, we are particularly interested in applicants with an expertise in areas such international law, international political economy and/or quantitative methodology/ empirical methods.
Faculty responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. A Ph.D. (completed or nearing submission) is required at the time of application. Our expectation is that a successful applicant will:
1. Undertake independent high-quality research as well as work actively with existing members to build a strong interdisciplinary community of scholars who are committed to delivering cutting-edge research and innovation
2. Translate research findings into evidence-based practices, programs and policies
