We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Digital Performance Marketing Lead to manage and scale our online business across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Meesho, and other emerging channels.
The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in the natural sweetener, wellness, nutraceutical, or health supplement category, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketplace algorithms, advertising performance, and growth strategies in health-focused products.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, optimizing advertising spends, and launching new products successfully across digital commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Growth & Performance
- Drive sales growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Meesho, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies for natural sweeteners and health supplements.
- Monitor daily business KPIs including sales, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, organic ranking, visibility, and category share.
2. Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns including:
- Amazon PPC
- Flipkart Ads
- Blinkit & Zepto promotions
- Sponsored campaigns
- DSP/display campaigns (preferred)
- Improve advertising efficiency while scaling revenue.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotional events.
3. Quick Commerce & Instant Delivery Platforms
- Work closely with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other q-commerce teams to improve:
- Visibility
- Search ranking
- Banner placements
- Sampling activations
- Promotional campaigns
- Analyze platform-level performance and recommend growth initiatives.
4. Product Launch & Brand Visibility
- Lead digital launch strategy for new products.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for optimized listings, A+ content, storefronts, and creatives.
- Improve organic discoverability through keyword optimization and marketplace SEO.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze category trends, competition, pricing, and consumer behavior.
- Recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
6. Cross Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Work with agencies and platform account managers where required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
### Experience
* 4–8 years of experience in ecommerce or digital performance marketing.
* Mandatory experience managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts.
* Prior experience in:
* Natural sweeteners
* Health supplements
* Nutraceuticals
* Wellness products
* Functional foods
* Experience handling Blinkit, Zepto, or quick commerce platforms is highly preferred.
### Skills
* Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and algorithms.
* Proven ability to scale revenue profitably.
* Expertise in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Flipkart Ads.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Comfortable working with performance metrics and data-driven decision making.
* Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
### Bonus Skills
* Experience with D2C performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads).
* Understanding of subscription and repeat purchase behavior in wellness products.
* Knowledge of health and wellness consumer trends in India.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹58,521.20 per month
