Job Title: Junior Accountant cum Cashier

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Junior Accountant/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in basic computer operations and should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Also a major plus to have knowledge of monthly GST filing and be able to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date office records.
Efficiently operate and complete daily tasks on computer software.
Supervision of day-to-day office tasks and reporting at the end of the day.
Handle and manage all day-to-day cash expenses.
Responsible for all daily sales of cylinders and dealing with customers face to face.
Manage daily customers and cash transactions.
Preparation of necessary monthly reports for senior management.
Train and supervise office staff.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in office management.
Fluent in computer operations, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
