About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our B2B sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business customers. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and setting high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in B2B sales and grow into an Account Executive or leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify and research target companies and decision-makers.
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Generate qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Lead Qualification

Engage inbound and outbound leads to understand business needs.
Qualify prospects based on frameworks.
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM.

3. Relationship Building

Develop rapport with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture long-term prospects.
Represent the company professionally in all communications.

4. CRM & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of activities and interactions in CRM tools
Track key performance metrics such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
Provide weekly pipeline and activity reports to management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of qualified meetings scheduled per month
Outbound activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
Pipeline contribution
Revenue influenced

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B companies.
Familiarity with sales frameworks.
Strong research and prospecting abilities.
High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
